RV RouteWise

Terms of Service

Effective date: November 3, 2026

Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and TWISTED JESTER INC, a Texas company ("we", "us"), which operates RV RouteWise. By using rvroutewise.com or the RV RouteWise planner, or by starting a trial, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. You must be 18 or older to create an account or subscribe. RV RouteWise isn't directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

The service

RV RouteWise is a trip-planning tool for RVs. It plans multi-stop routes, shows distance and drive time, and uses an RV profile you set. RV RouteWise is in preview: features marked "coming soon" aren't available yet, and we may add, change or remove features over time.

Free trial and subscription

Paid plans and checkout aren't open yet. When they open, these terms apply:

New subscribers get a free trial of 7 days. A payment card is required to start the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the trial converts automatically to the paid Full-Timer plan you chose, and your card is charged when the trial ends.

The Full-Timer plan costs $9.99 per month, or $49.99 per year billed annually, plus any applicable taxes. Monthly plans are billed in advance and renew every month until you cancel. Annual plans are billed in advance and renew every year until you cancel. Before you start a trial, we'll show you the price, how often you'll be charged, and how to cancel, and we'll ask for your consent. After you sign up, we'll email you a confirmation with the price, your trial end date, your renewal schedule and how to cancel. We'll tell you before any price change takes effect, and you can cancel before it applies.

The Full-Timer plan includes up to 100 truck-route calculations per month (one trip, with up to 10 stops, counts as one). Address searches don't count. If you go over, we'll let you know. We won't charge extra without asking first. To keep the service available and costs under control, we may also limit how many routes can be requested in a short time from one connection.

Payments are processed by Stripe, and PayPal may be offered as another way to pay. You authorize us, through our payment processor, to charge your payment method for each billing period until you cancel.

How to cancel

You can cancel anytime, online, from the billing page in your account (Account → Manage billing → Cancel plan) once paid plans open. You can also email [email protected] with "Cancel" in the subject, and we'll cancel within one business day. We'll email you a confirmation either way.

Cancellation stops all future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. If you cancel during the free trial, you won't be charged. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Safety: you are responsible for your route

RV RouteWise is a planning aid, not a navigation or safety system. Routes, distances, drive times, clearances, restrictions, fuel prices and other data come from third parties and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong.

RV RouteWise does not check weight limits. For towables it uses the trailer's length, not the combined length with your tow vehicle. If truck routing isn't available, the planner shows a car route that does not account for your RV's size, and it labels that route.

We do not guarantee that a route is legal, safe or suitable for your vehicle. The driver is always responsible for knowing the rig's height, width, length and weight, for checking bridge and tunnel clearances, weight limits, road restrictions and conditions, and for obeying road signs and the law. Fuel prices change, so always check the price at the pump. Do not use the planner while driving.

Vehicle and recall information

If we offer VIN and recall features, VIN details and recall information come from the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). RV RouteWise isn't affiliated with or endorsed by NHTSA or the U.S. Department of Transportation. Recall lists are by make, model and year, may be incomplete, and don't show whether a repair has already been done on your RV. Always check nhtsa.gov/recalls with your VIN and have recall repairs done by an authorized dealer. Maintenance reminders are a convenience only; follow your manufacturer's maintenance schedule.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no breaking the law, interfering with or overloading the service, scraping or reselling data, reverse engineering it, or sharing your account. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.

Our content and third-party data

The service, its design and its content belong to us or our licensors. Truck routes are provided by HERE, and map, place and backup routing data come from OpenStreetMap contributors and related services. That data is subject to its providers' terms. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the service for your own trip planning.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any vehicle damage, personal injury, fines, tolls, fuel costs or lost time arising from routes or data shown in the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs if a third party brings a claim against us arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Texas, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date and, for significant changes, notify subscribers in advance. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
