Refund Policy
Effective date: November 3, 2026
Paid plans and checkout aren't open yet, so no one is being charged today. This policy applies once they open.
Free trial
Every new subscription starts with a free trial of 7 days. Early access: no card is needed to start your free trial right now. When paid plans open, a payment card will be required to start a trial, and we'll update this policy before that change takes effect. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged. If you don't cancel, the trial converts automatically to the Full-Timer plan you chose, $9.99 per month or $49.99 per year billed annually, plus any applicable taxes. Your card is charged first when the trial ends, then every month (monthly plan) or every year (annual plan) until you cancel.
How to cancel
Cancel online from the billing page in your account (Account → Manage billing → Cancel plan), or email [email protected] with "Cancel" in the subject and we'll cancel within one business day. We'll email you a confirmation either way. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Annual renewal reminders
For annual plans, we'll email you a reminder at least 7 days (and no more than 30 days) before your renewal date, with the price and how to cancel.
Refunds
We don't give refunds or credits for partial months or unused time.
Billing errors: if you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or charged after you cancelled, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the charge and we'll fix it, including a full refund of the incorrect charge.
Where the law gives you a right to a refund, this policy doesn't limit it.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used, through our payment processor (Stripe or PayPal). Your bank usually shows the refund within 5 to 10 business days.
